Refund policy

Returns can be made within 30 days for unopened, unused product accompanied by receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in its original packaging) accompanied by a receipt. Clothing can be exchanged for a different size if the tags are still on the item and it is clean/unused.

At this time, we only accept in person returns.

To make a return, simply bring the item(s) along with the receipt back to Tree House.

Refunds

Your purchase will be credited back to the original card that was used. In the case of a cash or check purchase a check will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.
